I am a native of Canada, born and raised just outside of the Toronto, Ontario area. I have been living in Florida since 1995 and selling real estate since 1996. I began my real estate career in commercial real estate in the acquisition and sales of apartment complexes and office buildings throughout the state of Florida. I then transitioned to work for a large retail developer of “build to suit” projects responsible for site selection throughout the state of Florida.
Prior to opening my own brokerage i worked for Prospect Property Group as Director of Sales, The Marketing Directors as Vice President of Business Development and Sales & The Condo Store as Asst Vice President of Business Develpment responsible for the opening and operation of Florida communities while meeting with banks, developers and investors to secure new sales and marketing opportunities of additional communities throughout the southeast. She completed and presented proposals, was responsible for contract preparation and negotiation, reviewed, analyzed and modified marketing plans for each community based on current market conditions. Recruited, hired and trained sales teams based on market demographics for each location and provided leadership and direction to onsite staff consisting of sales agents and administrative personnel. She was responsible for implementing an international sales program responsible for velocity sales exceeding three million dollars in forty five days beginning December of 2010.
My ability to oversee a residential deal from inception to completion is largely attributed to my attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the market; accordingly, I have played an integral role in the completion of multiple high-end condominium projects across the South-East. In addition to my work with several new development projects, Jackie’s profound expertise in managing marketing campaigns, coordinating all aspects of the sales transaction, and developing pricing strategies and inventory control has earned her the respect of her peers and clients alike.
